To implement and support performance testing systems and strategies to ensure that critical components of a system's application can perform as expected under varying user loads, helping to evaluate the resource usage, speed, availability, response time, scalability, and reliability of any given application and to assist in making it ready for production

Are You Someone Who Can

• Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs.
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
• Create solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards.
• Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.
• Write automation scripts for identified scenarios to help improve software quality.
• Ensure that critical components of a systems application can perform as expected under varying user loads.
• Develop performance strategies to address the non-functional requirements throughout Software or Product Development Life Cycles.
• Evaluate the resource usage, speed availability, response time, scalability, and reliability of any given application and assist in making it ready for production.
• Evaluate the business transactions conducted within the Applications, System and/or service.
• Validate and certify if performance, scalability, availability, resilience, and reliability requirements are met.
• Work with architecture and development teams in implementing resiliency constructs, develop optimal code.
• Develop a comprehensive performance test strategy by selecting and executing the types of performance testing that are most relevant to the organization's applications.
• Provide performance test reports describing the capabilities and limitations of the Application, System and/or Service.
• Compile Performance Test reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
• Formulate and publish a detailed performance test report which includes client and server-side metrics.
• Create and maintain performance test scripts and scenarios, ensuring scripting standards are put in place and adhered to.
• Manage and coordinate test data creation, collection, and modification and prepare data tables files to associate with the test scripts.
• Deliver quality work products according to the defined testing scope, raising risks and issues appropriately with regards to the performance of tasks or timelines scheduled.
• Identify improvement areas and implement automation to improve productivity to avoid manual tasks and recurring incidents.
• Investigate impact of user traffic on the Application, System and/or Service Monitor Servers, Applications and Databases.
• Analyse root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You Have

• Completed a relevant degree in Information technology or similar
• 4 - 5 years' experience in IT testing
