  • Perform accurate data capturing and maintain up-to-date financial and administrative records.

  • Manage and organise filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.

  • Demonstrate strong time management by prioritising tasks and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.

  • Assist with planning and scheduling to support efficient office operations.

  • Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports as required.

  • Provide comprehensive office support, including handling queries, preparing documentation, and assisting team members.

  • Coordinate office activities to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication across departments.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Experience

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage professionally at all levels.

  • Prior experience working in an office environment is essential.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • General knowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements.

  • Previous payroll experience, including exposure to payroll systems, is highly advantageous.

  • Experience with clocking systems and time/attendance platforms will be an added advantage.

Requirements

  • Must have a clear criminal record.

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any other relevant financial qualification.

  • At least 10 years' experience in a similar financial or administrative role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software is essential.

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • An Administration qualification will be an added advantage.

  • Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, or similar systems will be beneficial.

  • Pastel experience will be a strong advantage.
