The purpose of this job is to effectively ensure that all site administration is correctly and effectively managed according to Company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Ensure that site security carries out all daily duties as outlined in the Company Security protocol and proper handover procedures are followed.

· Consult the Supervisor and the planning board for production requirements.

· Correctly file the drawing register received from the professional team on the site laptop/tablet and forward to the sub-contractors.

· Ensure that all construction drawings are filed on the drawing rack and old revisions folded up and kept until the end of the contract.

· Ensure that the bulk materials schedules are updated daily, correctly & closely monitor that no overruns occur.

· Ensure that the programme monitoring schedule is updated weekly and sent through to the QS for monthly evaluation. CM for the professional meeting and present at the subcontractor meeting.

· Ensure that subcontractor meetings and site-co meetings are attended.

· Ensure that the plant hire control schedule is correctly completed daily and sent through to the office with the weekly timesheets.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Diploma/ Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

· At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.

· Time management skills.

· Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Ability to communicate well with clients/staff

· Analytical thinking

· Attention to detail

· Planning and prioritizing

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Multi-Tasking
