We're looking for an Operations Analyst & Administrator who can bring both analytical precision and organisational finesse to the table. You'll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence by analysing data, improving processes, and keeping our systems and teams aligned.

What you'll do:

Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies

Develop and implement process improvements to drive productivity and cost efficiency

Create reports and dashboards to support informed management decisions

Co-ordinate cross-functional activities to keep workflows on track

Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure data accuracy

Act as a vital link between teams, supporting smooth communication and execution

What we're looking for:

2–5 years' experience in operations analysis, business administration, or a related role.

A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Proficiency with data analysis tools and business systems.
