Kream Restaurant is seeking a motivated and experienced Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional customer service in a vibrant and innovative dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house operations for efficient service delivery
  • Lead, train, and motivate floor staff to uphold high service standards
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly address any issues or complaints
  • Oversee reservations, table assignments, and seating to optimize capacity and flow
  • Manage inventory of front-of-house supplies and coordinate with suppliers as needed
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
