Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Customer Success Manager based in Pretoria. The Regional Customer Success Manager will oversee customer satisfaction, maintain client relationships, and manage accounts. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, analyzing customer data to improve service, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role will also involve maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams.

  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Pretoria
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
