Position Overview
We're looking for a
dynamic and motivated Hybrid Sales Representative
in
Pretoria and parts of Johannesburg
to drive the growth of our premium brands in both the
On-Consumption
(bars, restaurants, hotels) and
Off-Consumption
(retail, bottle stores) channels.
This role requires a strong salesperson with excellent relationship-building skills, a passion for the liquor industry, and a focus on
executional excellence
.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identify, pursue, and secure
new business opportunities
. - Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent follow-ups and brand advocacy.
- Deliver outstanding service across On and Off Consumption clients.
- Conduct regular trade visits and brand activations.
- Provide
monthly reports
on customer needs, competitor activity, and sales performance. - Manage and grow
key accounts
within the territory. - Work effectively under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Experience with
draught-on-tap systems
is
essential
. - Knowledge of
Skynamo or similar CRM/sales tracking software
is advantageous.
Qualifications & Experience
- Matric (Grade 12) required.
- Sales certification or diploma (advantageous, but not required).
- 2–5 years' experience in the liquor industry
(highly advantageous). - Proven track record in sales and business development.
- Valid driver's license and
reliable vehicle
(essential).
