About Us

We are a fast-growing real estate tax services company building a modern, user-friendly, and highly automated Cost Segregation App. Our mission is to simplify cost segregation studies, streamline client workflows, and improve speed and accuracy through smart product design and low-code innovation.

We are looking for a Product Owner who can lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our Cost Segregation App. This person will work closely with engineering, design, leadership, and customers to drive continuous improvement and ensure the app meets and exceeds business needs.

Role Overview

As the Product Owner, you will own the full lifecycle of our Cost Segregation application. You will translate business requirements into high-quality product features, prioritize the backlog, manage execution, and help shape the long-term vision of the platform.

A deep understanding of  or similar low-code/no-code platforms is required — both to effectively guide the development team and to assist with prototyping, workflow logic, and optimizing the app architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements, market insights, and internal needs.
  • Define product KPIs and use analytics to drive decision-making.
Project & Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with leadership to understand business outcomes and translate them into actionable product objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, design, QA).
  • Manage timelines, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and feature prioritization.
Product Development (Low-Code/No-Code)
  • Oversee technical architecture and workflows using  or similar platforms.
  • Build or refine prototypes, workflows, and data structures where needed.
  • Review and approve designs, user stories, and final builds.
  • Ensure the app is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct testing and validation for new features and releases.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve UX, and reduce operational friction.
  • Work with QA to ensure successful deployments and high product reliability.
Qualifications

Required:
  • 2–5+ years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with  or a comparable low-code/no-code platform (e.g., Glide, Adalo, Webflow, Softr).
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles.
  • Experience working in agile/scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in real estate, accounting, tax tech, or cost segregation workflows.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, API integrations).
  • UX/UI sensibility and comfort reviewing product design.
  • Experience with customer interviews, user testing, and feedback loops.
