Network Communications Manager

NetworkCommunications Manager PurposeThe Network CommunicationsManager is responsible for driving the growth, engagement, and communicationstrategies across the SmartStart network. The Network Communications Manager isresponsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategiesthat strengthen SmartStart's brand, engage the SmartStart network (franchisors,programme leads, coaches, franchisees, clubs and parents) and support the network'sgrowth, reach and impact in early learning. This role will lead efforts tobuild a vibrant, practitioner -driven club network while ensuring consistent andinspiring brand communication across all network channels.  This role reports to the Head of SocietalCommunications.   Key ResponsibilitiesClub NetworkDevelopment and Engagement· Lead the design andimplementation of club activation and value -building initiatives forfranchisees.· Collaborate with the valuechain design team to conceptualize and improve club leader journey activitiesand growth paths.· Develop and execute strategiesto re -activate and support a practitioner -driven club network.· Implement and manage the Leagueof Stars competition and other relevant campaigns.· Create and oversee incentiveprogrammes to enhance the value proposition for network members.· Ensure integration of clubinitiatives within the digital transformation strategy and collaborate closely withplatform team. SmartStarter Network Communication and Engagement· Spearhead the coordination,strategy, and implementation of communication across the SmartStarter network.· Align communication effortswith Early Learning and Value Chain teams to support practitioner success andSmartStart outcomes.· Partner with IT and DigitalTransformation teams to optimize communication platforms and channels.· Develop and manage targetedmessaging campaigns for SmartStarters at various stages of their journey.· Continuously monitor, evaluate,and refine communication strategies for maximum engagement. Network Growth andSupport· Identify opportunities fornetwork expansion and implement strategies to attract new SmartStarters.· Develop and maintain supportsystems for practitioners, ensuring they have the resources needed for success.· Foster a sense of community andshared purpose among network members.· Lead the organization andcoordination of flagship Week of the Stars and UNITE Network events.· Lead the themed network eventsacross the province through the event support team and in collaboration withthe societal communications managers. Data Analysis andReporting· Analyze network engagement datato inform decision -making and strategy development.· Prepare regular reports onnetwork growth, engagement levels, and communication effectiveness.· Use insights to continuouslyimprove network development and engagement strategies. Cross -functionalCollaboration·       Work closely with various teamsincluding Early Learning, Value Chain, IT, and Digital Transformation to ensurealigned and integrated approaches.· Represent the network'sinterests in organizational planning and decision -making processes.   RequirementsKey PersonSpecificationQualificationsand Skills· BA / BCom Degree or Diploma inCommunication Science, Behavior Science, Journalism or Public Relations· 5 Years+ Proven experience incommunity management, network development, or similar roles.· Event management experiencewith large and complex events advantageous.· Strong communication andinterpersonal skills.· Experience with digitalengagement strategies and platforms.· Analytical mindset with theability to translate data into actionable insights.· Project management skills withthe ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.· Passion for early childhooddevelopment and community empowerment.
