**Co-Founder Opportunity: ZanziStay (Luxury Aparthotel & Short-Stay Platform)

About ZanziStay:

ZanziStay is a South African luxury aparthotel and premium short-stay platform that connects travelers and business professionals with high-end, fully serviced apartments across the country. We aim to redefine short-term stays through a curated blend of technology, comfort, and hospitality excellence.

Role:

We are looking for a Co-Founder to join the ZanziStay team — someone passionate about real estate, hospitality, and the short-term rental industry. The ideal partner will take the lead in host and guest acquisition, driving growth on both the supply and demand sides of the platform.

Responsibilities:


• Build and manage partnerships with property owners, aparthotels, and hosts.


• Develop and execute strategies for guest acquisition and retention.


• Manage listings, ensure quality control, and optimize occupancy rates.


• Assist in expanding ZanziStay's presence across key South African cities.


• Collaborate on business development, marketing, and growth strategies.

Requirements:


• Stripe Merchant Account (required) – ZanziStay currently cannot accept card payments directly, so the co-founder must have an active Stripe merchant account to help facilitate transactions temporarily.


• Proven experience or strong network in the property, hospitality, or real estate space.


• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically.


• Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.

Equity / Partnership:

This is an equity-based co-founder role with potential for revenue share and leadership in the company's future expansion.**
