The Office Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations within the office. This role supports internal teams with documentation, communication, coordination, and basic office management tasks. Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, printing, scanning, copying, and document preparation.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and preparation of agendas and minutes.
  • Assist with office inventory, stationery, equipment tracking, and supplier communication.
  • Maintain clean, organized office and meeting room spaces.
  • Assist with data entry, updating records, and maintaining internal databases or tracking sheets.
  • Support finance and HR teams with basic tasks such as timesheet collection, expense processing, onboarding preparation, and document requests.
  • Coordinate internal event arrangements when required.
  • Assist managers and team members with day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field. (Degree, diploma required; postgraduate advantageous).
  • 1–3 years of experience in office administration, reception, or clerical support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
