About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support our marketing and operations efforts. This role blends creativity with organization — from designing flyers and scheduling campaigns to keeping our communication and admin systems running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for keeping our marketing presence consistent and our team coordinated behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Email & Scheduling: Draft and send professional emails, manage newsletters, and assist with meeting scheduling.
- Content Creation: Design simple, on-brand flyers, graphics, and digital assets using Canva.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, schedule, and post marketing campaigns across email and social platforms.
- Email Campaign Management: Build and send email campaigns using GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
- Administration: Support onboarding and offboarding processes, update team records, and handle light admin tasks.
- List Building & Data Entry: Build and maintain clean contact lists and CRM data for marketing and outreach initiatives.
Requirements
- Availability during 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM South Africa Time (equivalent to ~8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST).
- Excellent written communication skills and sharp attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Canva and at least one email marketing platform (GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Comfortable handling data entry and list organization tasks.
- CRM experience (e.g., , HubSpot, GoHighLevel) is a plus.
- A proactive, organized, and reliable attitude — someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
