What You Bring to the Table:

3–5+ years of experience in hospitality management (preferably in an upmarket café or restaurant).

Strong leadership & communication skills—you know how to motivate, guide, and create a culture of excellence.

A deep understanding of customer service—anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and ensuring every guest leaves delighted.

Expertise in stock control, supplier management, and cost efficiency—because behind the beauty, there's smart business.

A hands-on, proactive approach—you're on the floor, leading by example, and setting the standard for perfection.

The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining grace, charm, and control.

The Details:

Location: Flattery Café, Pretoria East

Operating Hours:

Monday – Saturday: 7 AM – 6 PM

Sunday: 7 AM – 3 PM

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
