Role Description

A graduate that is looking for a part-time job ambitious to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset to work as a Barista/All Rounder located in Cape Town. The Barista/All Rounder will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, engaging with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. This role requires the ability to multitask and provide excellent customer service while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Barista and Food Preparation skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
