Your areas of responsibility:
- Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of customers within the AAM division through telephonic engagement, and project execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive telesales and digital outreach.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts that can be effectively serviced remotely.
- Execute targeted campaigns in the automotive aftermarket segment.
- Qualify leads and convert them into active customers on the CRM system.
- Support the rollout of strategic Automotive Aftermarket sales initiatives cross-selling projects.
Qualifications and skills we are looking for:
- National Senior Certificate required.
- Bachelors Degree Or Diploma in Commerce will be advantageous.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Sales, Telesales or Customer Service role.
