Our client - a progressive, project-driven business in the Southern Suburbs - is known for breaking moulds, experimenting with new ideas, and continuously levelling up. They are looking for a forward-thinking Senior Accountant who wants a role that blends commercial sharpness, collaboration, and hands-on involvement. In this position, you won't just "do the numbers" – you will help shape decisions. You will work side-by-side with project managers, operations, and leadership to turn financial insights into strategic moves. Every project is unique, every cycle brings new challenges, and your input will carry weight.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate, insight-rich financial reporting
  • Confidently apply IFRS 15 to ensure revenue is recognised correctly across varied projects
  • Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis with precision
  • Drive performance improvements by spotting opportunities and optimising processes
  • Strengthen governance, compliance, and internal controls across finance

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Qualified CA(SA)
5+ years within a similar role
Project accounting experience
