The Head of Student Recruitment & Corporate Engagement is responsible for leading and managing domestic and international student recruitment strategies while developing and maintaining corporate partnerships that support enrolment growth. The role ensures strategic alignment with institutional objectives and works closely with marketing, admissions, and corporate relations teams to achieve recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage domestic and international student recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment targets.
Oversee corporate engagement initiatives that contribute to student enrolments and career development opportunities.
Supervise, mentor, and manage recruitment staff, including Business Development Executives, ensuring performance and development.
Collaborate with marketing and campaigns teams to align messaging, outreach activities, and recruitment strategies.
Monitor recruitment performance and adjust strategies to ensure targets are consistently met.
Represent the institution at recruitment events, expos, and corporate meetings locally and internationally.

Achievement of domestic and international student recruitment targets.
Established and sustainable corporate partnerships that drive enrolments.
A high-performing recruitment team with clear KPIs.
Fully integrated recruitment campaigns aligned with marketing and admissions functions.
Regular performance reports with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
Minimum 7 years' experience in student recruitment, including leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and consistently achieving enrolment targets.
Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Desirable:
Master's degree in a related field.
Experience in international recruitment and corporate engagement.
