What tasks can you expect?
  • Perform scheduled and condition-based maintenance on CNC machine tool equipment and controls to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Conduct inspections, lubrication, calibration, and adjustments as part of routine service programs.
  • Respond to occasional equipment failures with prompt diagnostics and corrective action.
  • Ensure minimal downtime through efficient troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical and control-related issues.
  • Provide basic training to customers on daily maintenance routines, machine care, and safe operation practices.
  • Support customer understanding of maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Assist in identifying and recommending necessary spare parts for preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Liaise with parts suppliers or internal teams to ensure timely availability of components.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed service reports summarizing maintenance activities, findings, and recommendations.
  • Track service history and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance strategies.
Your Profile
  • Educational background in mechanical / electrical / mechatronics or equivalent technical orientation
  • Machine tool millwright qualification
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in operation and troubleshooting of CNC machine- and automation-related manufacturing processes
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and mechanical schematics
  • Operational experience with machine controls
  • Customer service focus with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective customer relationship
  • IT skills (MS Office)
  • Knowledge of English
