Our sales consultants located in all major centers are people who understand the electrical wholesale industry and the particular needs of our customers.
Our own factory uses the latest injection molding technology to ensure a consistent high quality range of products. Dynamic Distributors is committed to provide wholesale ans retail high-quality, reliable electrical products, dedicated sales team support, and competitive trade and industry prices. Own brands include: Mr Electric, Ogatin and Titan.
Role Description
Sales Representatives required for areas:
Johannesburg and Pretoria
Will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Will also be responsible for conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the electrical wholesale industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Knowledge of electrical products and industry regulations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Prior Management Experience with reporting teams
Duties
Expanding Customer Base
Increasing of line items in every customers store
Merchandising of stores
Attendance of new store openings
Attendance of trade day shows and other marketing events
Consistent maintenance of customer relationships through active enquiry, follow up calls, ensuring stock is to standard and satisfaction, active trouble shooting of errors or complaints if required.
Setting, managing and achieving monthly sales targets
Striving at all times to achieve any and all given monthly sales targets
Management of constructive call plans
The ideal candidate should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
