We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D CAD/Revit Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and drawings using computer-aided design software, specifically Revit. The 3D CAD/Revit Operator will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and high-quality designs are produced.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed 3D models and drawings using Revit software based on project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project goals and timelines.
- Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulations.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into designs as necessary.
- Organize and maintain project files and documentation for future reference.
- Stay current with industry trends and software advancements to continually improve skills and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficient in using 3D CAD software, specifically Revit.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Entry level 3D modelling, up to expert level coordination of services across floors plate / risers / plantrooms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working in a construction or architecture firm is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles is a plus.
