 keep the store running like clockwork.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome every customer as if into your home, offering genuine warmth and hospitality.
  • Share the heritage and creative process behind our pieces with passion and authenticity.
  • Maintain impeccable store presentation, this includes merchandising, cleanliness, and stock readiness are part of the experience.
  • Handle the logistical flow of sales: processing transactions, managing stock, tagging new products, and preparing replenishments.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, remembering names, stories, and preferences.
  • Support smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, stock counts, and sales reporting.

Who You Are:

  • A natural host who thrives on making people feel seen and valued.
  • Experienced in luxury retail or high-end customer service.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident, polished, and well-spoken, with a strong eye for style.
  • Proactive, dependable, and able to uphold high standards without supervision.
  • Someone who believes sales are about connection, not just transactions.

Location: Cape Town (CBD)
