As a result we have identified the need for this new role in our organization, previously performed by various external service providers. We know that to grow globally, and to become a globally recognized brand, our team requires dedicated, strategic marketing expertise who knows our business and our clients inside-out.

The successful applicant will work closely with our Business Development and Management Teams to 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 globally.

The business will rely on this incumbent to 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 without having to rely on various external service providers. We need a strategic thinker but also an executor.

𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗗𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

  • Conduct market research to understand market and competitor trends, customer needs and recommend marketing strategies ranging from:

  • Digital marketing

  • Print marketing

  • Events.

  • Implement marketing campaigns and analyze its effectiveness.

  • Develop compelling copy and graphic design.

  • Optimize website performance through SEO best practices, content and keywords search.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (including SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns for lead generation and client retention purposes.

  • Research and ensure that the most effective digital and print media platforms / journals are used for brand visibility and lead generation.

  • Identify and manage in-person marketing events such as expo's, conferences and webinars.

  • Network with key media and influencing bodies, generate marketing opportunities, and manage press releases, speaking slots, interviews and articles.

𝗠𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Communication (or related)
  • Minimum of 10 years' marketing experience (ideally in a SaaS and/or heavy industry field)
  • Excellent understanding of the health and safety industry
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Excellent Graphic Design and content creation experience
  • Solid understanding of digital and other marketing principles and best practices
  • Ability to lead projects independently and drive measurable results
  • Creative and innovative
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO tools, PPC platforms and social media platforms
  • Self-starter, self-discipline and a sense of urgency
  • Tenaciousness and resilience
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Public speaking and networking skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork
  • Drivers license
