Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Broker based in Durban, with the flexibility for partial remote work. The Insurance Broker will provide expert advice in insurance and financial planning, including life insurance and retirement planning. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and addressing their unique insurance needs, developing customized solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Commitment to staying updated on market trends and regulatory changes is essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance practices
  • Knowledge in Finance and Retirement Planning
  • Proven experience in Customer Service with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both in-person and remotely in a hybrid environment
  • Relevant certifications, qualifications, or licensing in insurance or finance
  • Experience in providing tailored solutions for client financial needs is an advantage
