The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing administrative support to external and internal clients
Data base administration and ensure timeous capturing on the information system
Verification of information from different data sources
Document and administrative control according to standards
Timeous recording of information on ERP
Ensuring adherence to internal business processes, procedures and policies
Assist with general administrative tasks and reception responsibilities
Requirements:
A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification
A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative experience within the PPECB. Please note candidates with less experience but with proven outstanding performance will be considered in line with PPECB's EE policy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Certificates in computer training would be advantageous
Knowledge of the ERP system in PPECB, including having worked on TITAN is advantages.
Knowledge on the PPECB certification sector and TITAN certification is advantages
Captured both inspection and Cold chain documentation, including MRL process
Proven track record of taking ownership enabled by responsible and accountable behaviour
Knowledge of the perishable industry and the regulatory environment
Risk management
ISO applicable principles
Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations
Adapting and Responding to Change
Achieving Personal Work Goals and Objectives, Planning and Organizing
Following Instructions and Procedures
Coping with Pressures and Setbacks
Good health – ability to sit for extended periods
