We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager – IT Infrastructure to lead and oversee complex ICT infrastructure initiatives.

The successful candidate will manage multiple interrelated projects across datacentre, network, and cloud environments, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and delivery of ICT infrastructure programmes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and risks for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure governance and compliance with ICT standards and frameworks.
  • Oversee cloud, network, and datacentre enhancement projects.
  • Provide regular programme status updates and executive-level reporting.
  • Drive performance improvements and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in IT/ICT project management, with at least 4 years as a Programme Manager.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure (data centres, servers, networking, security).
  • Cloud Exposure: Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, or other cloud platforms.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT / Engineering / Business Management.
  • Project Management certification (PMP / Prince2 / PMBOK).
  • Agile or postgraduate certification advantageous.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication.
  • Excellent stakeholder and vendor management.
  • Proven track record in risk, governance, and compliance management.
