We're looking for a results-driven Collection Manager with experience in online lending and South African collections.

If you know how to deliver results and want to grow fast, this is your chance to become our Director of Collections within a year.

You'll build and lead a motivated collections team, manage performance, and work with the same advanced tools used by international fintech leaders.

You'll also be mentored by a global Director who manages collection operations across several countries, giving you real exposure to world-class practices.

What you'll do


• Lead and motivate your team to reach daily and monthly targets.


• Manage and improve dialer campaigns, DebiCheck flows, chats, and digital channels.


• Support your team through feedback, coaching, and structured performance management.


• Ensure compliance, speed, and quality according to South African regulations.

What you need


• 3+ years of experience as a Collection Manager (preferably in microfinance or digital lending).


• Strong leadership and focus on results.


• Hands-on experience with DebiCheck and dialer campaigns.


• Good understanding of end-to-end collections processes.


• Clear communication, confidence, and strong organisational skills.
