Title: Finance operations analyst

Reporting to: VP Operations

Location Remote - UK

Are you detail-oriented, driven, and looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment? We are searching for a Finance Operations Analyst who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our investment operations.

Responsibilities include Operational Support & Data Management.

In this role, you'll handle sensitive data with the utmost care and discretion, executing criticaltasks that keep our operations running seamlessly. Youll be trusted with key responsibilities

such as:

Payment Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy in payment tracking and reconciliation.

Expense Management: Guarantee that all expenses are correctly reflected in our financial records.

KYC & Member Data: Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and manage key member data.

Post-Investment Administration: Oversee the administration of key tasks following investment decisions.

Your attention to detail will ensure our operations are not only efficient but also trustworthy and compliant.

Other requirements:

Adaptable and willing to roll up your sleeves and work on time consuming and repetitive processes understanding we are an early stage startup

You have an existing passion for or an interest in learning more about the worlds of investment.
