The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of programme design expertise, strategic business insight, and sales leadership. This position is pivotal in accelerating growth, meeting revenue objectives, and establishing the organisation as a leading force within the Higher Education landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Design & Development: Create and enhance leadership and business skills programmes aligned with market needs.
- Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and client engagement.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activity to inform programme strategy.
- Operational Management: Ensure efficient delivery and quality of programmes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in programme design and curriculum development.
- Proven sales leadership with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong market and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Experience: At least 10years' in a sales role in the Higher Education sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Education: A relevant bachelor's degree is required, a master's degree in business, education or a related field is preferred.
Expertise: Demonstrated capability in leadership development and business skills training.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the higher education landscape, including competitor analysis and market trends.
