We are looking for a Head of Open Programmes for our client in the Higher Education sector. This role calls for an innovative, results-oriented leader to drive and expand a portfolio of leadership and business skills development programmes.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of programme design expertise, strategic business insight, and sales leadership. This position is pivotal in accelerating growth, meeting revenue objectives, and establishing the organisation as a leading force within the Higher Education landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Design & Development: Create and enhance leadership and business skills programmes aligned with market needs.
  • Sales Leadership: Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and client engagement.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activity to inform programme strategy.
  • Operational Management: Ensure efficient delivery and quality of programmes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Expertise in programme design and curriculum development.
  • Proven sales leadership with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong market and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience: At least 10years' in a sales role in the Higher Education sector, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Education: A relevant bachelor's degree is required, a master's degree in business, education or a related field is preferred.
Expertise: Demonstrated capability in leadership development and business skills training.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the higher education landscape, including competitor analysis and market trends.
