Project Director – Social & Influencer Marketing | Dubai

I'm partnering with a leading
social and influencer marketing agency
in Dubai that's part of a growing independent network working across lifestyle, entertainment, and FMCG brands across the region.

They're looking for a
Project Director
to lead large-scale campaigns, manage client relationships, and oversee a passionate delivery team. You'll be the bridge between creativity and flawless execution — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage multiple high-profile influencer and social campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and resourcing across multiple markets
  • Partner closely with client servicing, strategy, and creative teams to bring ideas to life
  • Manage and mentor project managers and executives within the delivery team
  • Ensure operational excellence, smooth processes, and strong collaboration across departments

What we're looking for:

7+ years' experience in project management or delivery within a social, influencer, or digital agency

Strong understanding of influencer marketing, content creation, and social campaign workflows

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and complex, fast-moving projects

Experience working with major brands in lifestyle, beauty, entertainment, or consumer sectors

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
