Core Responsibilities:

  • Making Outbound Calls:Agents make calls to potential customers (cold calling) or existing customers for various reasons, including sales, customer service, or market research.
  • Generating Leads:Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls is a key function.
  • Sales and Upselling/Cross-selling:Agents may be tasked with selling products or services, as well as offering upgrades or related products.
  • Proactive Customer Support:Outbound calls can be used to provide proactive customer support, addressing issues or offering solutions before customers even realize they exist.
  • Gathering Feedback:Agents may call customers to collect feedback on products, services, or the overall customer experience.
  • Follow-up Calls:Outbound calls can be used to follow up on previous interactions, such as after a purchase or a service appointment.
