Introduction

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Setter and Operator to join their team. In this position, you will oversee the Lathe Cell, managing the setup and operation of two lathe machines to ensure efficient and top-quality production.

Duties & Responsibilities


•  Configure and manage the operation of two lathe machines in the Lathe Cell.  

•  Guarantee seamless production processes while upholding exceptional precision and quality.  

•  Conduct routine maintenance inspections and resolve machine problems to reduce downtime.  

•  Utilize Fanuc control systems to enhance and optimize machine efficiency.  

•  Track production output and implement adjustments to align with required specifications.  

•  Uphold a tidy and secure workspace in accordance with company safety regulations.

Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Solid proficiency with Fanuc controls is a must.  
  • Capability to configure lathe machines and maintain steady production output.  
  • Fundamental grasp of machining techniques and technical blueprints.  
  • Preferred: Prior experience in programming lathe machines is a significant asset.
