Role Description

This is a temporary, on-site role based in Cape Town for a Temporary Administrator. The Administrator will be responsible for daily office activities, such as coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, assisting with administrative support tasks, and maintaining records. The role also involves liaising with clients, providing exceptional service, and ensuring efficient workflow in alignment with the company's mission.

Qualifications

  • Administrative skills, including calendar management, document preparation, and recordkeeping
  • Customer service and communication skills for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
