Barista/All Rounder

An experienced and well spoken barista is offered to join an existing team.You must have at least 2years experience of which candidate would need to know the following:

· Customers are to be welcomed and seated and drink and food orders to be taken. Stay attentive to the needs of customers.

· The cleanliness and presentation of all crockery, cutlery, glass items being used must be checked at all times during shift.

· Maintain cleanliness of work areas i.e. practicing clean-as-you-go procedures throughout your shift.

· Be able to operate the point of sale system, ensuring accurate payments for items.

• Prepare high-quality coffee using a manual coffee machine, including latte art.
• Be prepared to serve meals.
• Assist the sales assistants in their duties
• Assiatant client sat counter sales
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace and café area during opening, operating, and closing hours.
• Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen and café.
• Assist with retail sales and restocking of café items.
• Collaborate with the café team to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests.

Required Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• Fluent in English.
• Clear criminal record (subject to company checks).
• Minimum of 2 year's barista experience, including knowledge of coffee preparation and latte art.
