Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bellville for a Telkom Sales Agent. The individual will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing suitable Telkom products and services. The role involves meeting daily and monthly sales targets, assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate sales reports. The position will also require participation in training sessions and staying updated on Telkom products and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Proven Sales experience, with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Understanding or experience in the Insurance industry
  • Willingness to participate in Training sessions to develop product knowledge and skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant experience in sales positions is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
