Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager, based in the City of Johannesburg. The role involves overseeing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting quality audits, monitoring operational procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with teams to maintain high-quality outputs. The manager will also document and report quality metrics and findings while ensuring adherence to established protocols.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures, including audits and process monitoring
  • Strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of property management or construction processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Quality Control are advantageous
