VACANCY: PRESCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONIST

We are looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Admin/Receptionist to join our preschool team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front office reception duties and welcoming parents and visitors
  • Managing phone calls, emails and daily communication
  • Handling enrolment forms, learner files and general admin
  • Assisting with fee statements and basic financial administration
  • Supporting teachers and management with daily operations
  • Maintaining a neat, child-friendly reception area

Requirements:

  • Previous admin or receptionist experience (school environment beneficial)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (emails, spreadsheets, basic systems)
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Professional, warm and child-friendly attitude

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Half day)

Start Date: 5 Jan 2026

Location: Hillcrest
