Tasks:

  • Daily calls to clients checking on their wellbeing, enrolment on supportive programmes.
  • Answering queries promptly.
  • Providing empathy, support and understanding to clients.
  • Responding to emails & general email admin daily and promptly.
  • Responsible for stocks management and overseeing dispatch.
  • Team support to fellow staff.
  • Respectful, courteous and warm to clients.
  • Assistance with other team projects/tasks.

Requirements:

  • Female only - due to nature of work.
  • Have a professional and gentle manner/voice tone on telephones.
  • Good working knowledge and proficiency of emails, word and excel.
  • Excellent English and Afrikaans - speaking and writing.
  • Reliable.
  • Candidates who have a preference for childbirth/pregnancy will be favoured.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From R12 000,00 per month
