Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa Zatori Consulting Full time R180 000 - R240 000 per year

Zatori is growing. We're a small, specialist talent consultancy working mainly across UK financial services. Due to new business wins, we are seeking an exceptional research and resourcing professional to work alongside Founder, Martin Wigfield.

This position is for 3 days a week working remotely in Cape Town, earning between 15,000-18,000RND per month for those days (which is 25,000RND - 30,000RND if the position was to be full time). There is potential to earn bonus over the course of the year also totalling 11,000-12,000RND.

What you'll do

We are offering this to attract the best of the best. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about making Zatori better, setting up our assignments for success

  • Build long lists and map relevant markets
  • Run sourcing searches on LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Manage outreach and follow ups
  • Keep Bullhorn organised, updated and clean
  • Prepare summaries, lists and structured notes
  • Support content scheduling and simple marketing tasks
  • Keep our workflow tight, tidy and consistent

What you bring

Experience matters too:

  • 3–6 years in sourcing, research or delivery roles
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter experience
  • Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn is a bonus)
  • Confident using tools like ChatGPT for drafting and research
  • Exposure to senior or specialist hiring is helpful
