We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ISO Administrator to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ISO 9001 & ISO 17025 Quality Management Systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in documentation control, auditing support, compliance coordination, and overall administration of ISO-related activities across the organisation.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Matric (Grade 12 / NSC)
  • ISO 9001 & 17025 Training
Minimum Experience
  • On-the-job training in quality or compliance-related functions
  • 2–3 years ISO Administration experience
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 & 17025 documentation and compliance requirements
  • Proven experience working with ISO-based quality management systems
  • Solid administrative background (minimum two years preferred)
  • Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills across all organisational levels
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
Duties & Responsibilities

Documentation & Records Management

  • Administer and maintain ISO 9001 & 17025 Quality Management Systems.
  • Develop, review, and control quality system documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards across the organisation.
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Support the Quality Manager with documentation, records control, and reporting.
  • Train and guide staff on ISO requirements and best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with company objectives.

Auditing & Compliance

  • Assist with the execution of internal and external audits.
  • Track compliance, prepare reports, and support the resolution of non-conformities.
  • Coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

Coordination

  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and compliance with ISO requirements.
  • Coordinate documentation flow and updates across teams.

General Administration

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for the ISO division.
  • Conduct toolbox talks or basic ISO-related training sessions where required.
