Responsibilities
Supervise and support a small team to deliver high-quality programme administration.
Work closely with the senior leaders, gaining experience in performance monitoring, compliance, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Manage day-to-day operations, including team schedules, programme calendars, and reporting.
Develop your leadership skills through mentoring opportunities, training, and exposure to strategic projects.
Qualifications
A degree (or equivalent experience) in business management, health sciences, psychology, administration, or a related field.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
An interest in developing leadership and people management experience.
Confidence with IT systems and attention to detail.
