Water Polo Coaches- Job description

Elkanah House High School is a leading independent school in Cape Town, renowned for its holistic approach to education. We pride ourselves on academic excellence, strong values, and a dynamic sports culture that encourages students to reach their full potential both in and out of the classroom.

We are seeking passionate and dedicated part-time Water Polo Coaches to join our vibrant sports department.
Working Hours (2 sessions per week- exact times are team dependent):

● Monday – Thursday: Morning Training – 06:30 to 07:30 Afternoon Training – 15:00 to 16:30
● Fridays: Matches as scheduled

Responsibilities:
● Plan and deliver engaging training sessions for high school water polo teams
● Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development
● Prepare players for matches and tournaments
● Supervise and ensure player safety at all times

Requirements:
● Previous experience coaching or playing competitive water polo
● Strong communication and leadership skills
● A positive, enthusiastic approach to working with young athletes
● Coaching certification (advantageous, but not essential)
