We are looking for a Content Creation Assistant to join our team and support Marley with capturing and creating content across all platforms. This role is for someone creative, and adaptable

Responsibilities:

  • Spend 1–2 days per week with Marley to capture content in real time.
  • Plan content filming days (mix of structured and spontaneous depending on Marley's schedule).
  • Capture B-roll footage for Reels, TikToks, and other social platforms.
  • Assist with filming YouTube videos.
  • Capture and support the creation of trending TikToks/Reels.
  • Provide creative input for new content ideas and formats.
  • Ensure Marley always has a bank of high-quality, ready-to-post content.

Requirements:

  • Based in Cape Town and able to be in-person 1–2 days per week
  • Passion for self-development, and the Higher Self mission.
  • Strong eye for content and understanding of what performs on TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube.
  • Organized and reliable. Able to take initiative and own projects from start to finish.
  • Flexible and adaptable to flow with spontaneous filming opportunities.
  • Basic filming/editing skills (professional videography skills not required but a bonus).
