Supervisor – Internal Sales & Admin

Our client, a well-established company in the ceiling and partition industry, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Supervisor – Internal Sales & Admin to join their team in Bloemfontein, Free State. This is a role for someone with experience in warehouse management and sales/administration. You will be responsible for managing the warehouse as well as supporting internal sales and administrative functions.

Salary: R10,000 - R15,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:00-16:30
Fridays 07:00 - 14:30
Every second Saturday 07:30 - 12:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers, process customer transactions, and achieve set sales targets

• Develop a strong understanding of the company's products

• Administer sales tasks, including credit notes and back-order reports

• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on payments

• Arrange and oversee deliveries for efficient order fulfillment

• Assist with inventory administration, including cycle counts, stock takes, and Goods Received Notes (GRNs)

• Provide support in generating sales reports and other administrative tasks

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 (post-matric qualification in sales/business/admin is a plus)

• Sales experience, preferably in the ceiling and partition industry, is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Afrikaans & English 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach

• Customer-focused with a strong service orientation

Hierdie is 'n rol vir iemand met ondervinding in pakhuisbestuur én verkope/administrasie. Jy sal verantwoordelik wees vir die bestuur van die pakhuis sowel as die ondersteuning van interne verkope en administratiewe funksies.

• Verkooptake administreer, insluitend kredietnote en terugbestellingverslae

• Uitstaande rekords monitor en betalings opvolg

• Aflewerings reël en toesig hou oor bestellingvervulling

• Hulp met voorraadadministrasie, insluitend siklus tel, voorraadopnames en ontvangsnotas

• Ondersteun in die generering van verkoopsverslae en ander administratiewe take

Minimale Vereistes:

• Graad 12 (post-matriek kwalifikasie in verkope/besigheid/admin is 'n voordeel)

• Ervaring in verkope, verkieslik in die plafon- en partisiebedryf, is 'n voordeel

• Sterk kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede

• Vaardig in Afrikaans & Engels

• Vaardigheid in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) en CRM-stelsels
