About the Role

The Senior Manager Quality for the SSA region will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet consistent standardsof quality. This role involvesdeveloping and implementing quality control systems, conducting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality across the region. The Senior Quality Manager SSA will work

closely with Management to maintain and improve SSA quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Management to integrate safety and quality processes.
  • Lead and mentor the quality team, providing guidance and support.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field is required. A Master's degree will be an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality management, preferably in Sales and Service
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001 and ISO13485) is a requirement.

Required Skills

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Identify and address any quality issues or defects in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics and trends.
