St Peter's College is currently seeking to appoint a committed, reliable and hardworking Sports Co-Ordinator (Generalist).

Minimum Requirements
  • A post-matric qualification in sport is advantageous
  • Minimum of two years' experience in sport administration and coaching
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • SACE registration is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, assertive, self-driven, and adaptable
  • Strong problem-solving and practical thinking abilities
  • High-level administrative skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to contribute to the broader life and ethos of the College
Duties and Responsibilities

Your role in includes, but is not limited to, the following key areas:

  • Managing a minimum of three sporting codes
  • Engaging with and overseeing external coaches
  • Assisting with sport-related service level agreements
  • Assisting and supporting the sport house programmes
  • Involvement in the physical education (PE) programme
  • Assisting with the sport colours and comment process
  • Assistance with administrative duties within the Sport Office
  • Helping plan and manage sport events, festivals, and tournaments
  • Supporting the coordination of sports tours
