Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers. Your goal is to build lasting relationships and deliver excellent service while meeting individual and team sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers.
- Provide detailed product information, pricing, and promotions to help customers make informed decisions.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and objections in a professional and helpful manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends.
- Achieve or exceed individual and team sales goals and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-driven with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
