Experience

• Led product development across web and mobile, ideally in streaming, content platforms, or social products

• Background in tech or engineering — ideally has coded before

• Deep familiarity with Agile — owns sprint cycles, retros, and delivery

• Worked on products with high user volume and real-time content delivery

Skills

• Data and revenue-driven — uses tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA to guide decisions

• Focused on improving conversion funnels, user onboarding, and monetization strategies

• Strong grasp of gamification mechanics to drive engagement and retention

• Clear communicator, decisive planner, and confident running Agile sprint cycles

• Familiar with Figma, Jira, Slack — experienced optimizing UX for business outcomes
