At Roigen, we help brands accelerate growth through data-driven performance marketing across the entire customer journey — from awareness to retention. As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and managing full-funnel digital campaigns, collaborating with some of the world's most innovative brands in highly competitive industries.

What You'll Do
Manage and Grow Key Accounts (Tier 1 & 2):

• Take ownership of client relationships and post-sale processes, working closely with the Business Development Manager and Head of Product/Operations.
• Oversee full-funnel digital strategies — from upper-funnel awareness (DSP, programmatic) to mid-funnel acquisition and lower-funnel conversion and retention.
• Drive Roigen product adoption and ensure continuous client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolios to maximize growth.

Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution:

• Develop and present strategic proposals tailored to each client's needs, goals, and digital maturity.
• Plan and manage campaigns across multiple stages of the funnel, ensuring measurable performance and KPI achievement.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Ad Operations, Product, Creative, and Data) to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Monitor performance and proactively optimize campaigns for efficiency and results.

Support Sales and Market Development:

• Support the Sales team with pre-sale materials, strategic recommendations, and market insights.
• Prepare digital landscape analyses, media plans, and creative strategy ideas.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve Roigen's solutions and product offerings based on client experience and market trends.

What Will Help You Do It

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance advertising, or account management.
• Strong understanding of digital media channels - full funnel (Programmatic/DSPs, paid social, paid search, and performance marketing platforms).
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and optimization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with attention to detail and client success.
