As we expand our creative team, we're looking for a 
Brand & Motion Designer
 
to join us in 2026,
who can craft visually magnetic brand identities and bring them to life through motion. Someone who thrives on translating strategic insight into stunning, dynamic visuals — and isn't afraid to push creative boundaries.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and refine visual identities that align with brand strategy and positioning.
  • Design across touchpoints — from digital and print to social and experiential — ensuring every detail reflects the brand's essence.
  • Create motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling pieces that elevate brand narratives across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with strategy, copy, and production teams to ensure cohesive creative execution.
  • Participate in brainstorming, concept development, and presentations for clients and internal projects.
  • Stay current on design, animation, and tech trends to continually raise the creative bar.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in brand, graphic, or motion design (agency experience preferred).
  • A portfolio that showcases strong brand systems and dynamic motion design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere); Figma and motion tools like Cinema4D or Blender are a plus.
  • A solid understanding of typography, color, layout, and storytelling in both static and moving media.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine passion for building brands that matter.
  • Comfort collaborating in a fast-paced, creative environment — with equal parts precision and play.
