Nutun is hiring and we are looking for a Lifestyle & Telco Client Support Consultant

We're looking for a detail-driven Client Support Consultant to help our Principal and Agency partners meet revenue goals while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service. This role focuses on improving Business Support Services workflows, driving process governance, supporting automation projects, and strengthening client relationships through efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily BAU processes: payments, dialler/balance files, reconciliations, exceptions, trend analysis, and outbound file tracking.

Perform payment, balance, and population recons; resolve variances and ensure accurate, on-time pay-overs and invoicing.

Support client onboarding, book moves, documentation updates, and process changes.

Uphold quality, compliance, SLAs, and audit readiness.

Handle client queries, BSS tickets, escalations, dashboards, refunds, and clawbacks.

Drive optimisation by automating manual processes and improving reporting.

Take accountability for personal development and contribute to securing new and existing business.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric + NQF5 in Finance/Accounting/Management Accounting.

1–5 years' experience in business support/admin within back-office/shared services.

3–5 years in business support, process management, or client onboarding.

Advanced MS Excel; MS Office proficiency.

Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail.

Knowledge of compliance, process management, and control systems.

Cheetah System, business/ops qualification, and project management experience are advantageous.

Experience in financial services or debt collection is beneficial.
